Danna Wiseman

Danna Wiseman oversees admissions operations and leads the team of admissions specialists, who support prospective students through the admissions process. Danna has over 10 years of experience working in higher education, and has extensive experience in admissions and student affairs.

Prior to joining the SANS Technology Institute, Danna spent 7 years at Arizona State University where she held a number of roles in the university admissions office, the School of Design & the Arts, and the School of Business.

She has a bachelor's in English from Biola University and a master's in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Arizona State University. Danna lives in Des Moines, Iowa, with her husband, daughter, and new baby boy. She enjoys hiking, cooking, and travelling.

Kimberly Kafka

    Master's in Higher Education Administration, Boston University

As Manager of Admissions Outreach, Kim Kafka guides the management of prospective student inquiries and applications. She is also part of the team responsible for identifying skilled and academically qualified individuals who would benefit both professionally and personally from a graduate program at SANS Technology Institute.

Prior to joining the SANS Technology Institute, Kim spent ten years working in admissions at higher education institutions. In addition, she spent five years working in corporate recruiting for various companies.

Kim holds a bachelor's in Child Psychology from Syracuse University and a master's in Higher Education Administration from Boston University. Kim currently lives in Boston, Massachusetts, with her husband, two children, and dog. She is also a group fitness instructor specializing in cardio barre, kickboxing, and boot camp-style workouts.

Hollie DeGennaro

In her role of Manager of Admissions Operations, Hollie DeGennaro is responsible for helping prospective students and applicants navigate the SANS Technology Institute programs and admissions process. Through her own personal experiences with education and in working with college students, Hollie has seen how advanced degrees can open doors. She is dedicated to being an advocate to prospective SANS Technology Institute students.

Hollie has over 6 years of admissions and enrollment experience, serving in roles at Chancellor University, Bryant & Stratton College, and South University. Her latest role was as the Assistant Director of Admissions with South University, where she developed her knowledge for student growth and management.

Hollie holds a bachelor's in Health & Physical Education from Heidelberg University and a master's in education from Lake Erie College. Hollie enjoys athletics and has coached basketball on and off for years. She lives in Cleveland, Ohio, with her husband, two children, and two dogs.

Sara Agee

As Senior Graduate Admissions Coordinator, Sara Agee is on the front line of communications with prospective students. Sara is enthusiastic about helping students achieve their educational and career goals.

Before joining the SANS Technology Institute, Sara worked for over 6 years in admissions at Virginia College where she discovered her passion for helping non-traditional students achieve their educational and career goals in an online setting. She is an avid cook and baker. While at Virginia College, she had the chance to blend her hobby with her career when she led the Culinary Laddering Initiative as the Culinary & Pastry Arts Enrollment Specialist.

Sara earned her bachelors in communications from Auburn University. She lives with her son in her hometown of Birmingham, Alabama. In her free time, she relaxes by tending her garden and enjoying a good meal with friends and family.

Morgan Lanahan

    Masters of Education, Higher Education and Student Affairs, University of Maryland-College Park

Morgan joins the SANS Technology Institute with nearly six years' experience in college access, leadership development, college programming, and event planning. Prior to joining SANS, Morgan was the Outreach Coordinator of the Iribe Initiative for Inclusion and Diversity in Computing at the University of Maryland-College Park. There she oversaw outreach programs for K-12 students interested in computer science while supporting the efforts of their undergraduate and graduate retention programming.

Morgan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from St. Norbert College and a Masters of Education degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Maryland-College Park. She currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas.

Lindsey Sheets

As an Admissions Support Representative, Lindsey serves as a front-line specialist for student inquiries and communication.

Lindsey graduated from Iowa State University (ISU) in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Event Management. She then started working for the United Way, in a small Iowa town, as their Marketing and Events coordinator. Lindsey went back to ISU for her Master of Education in Student Affairs. Most recently, she completed coursework to become a Certified Professional Education Coach.

Lindsey lives in Iowa with her partner Grant and their German Shepherd Lupin. She also has 3 nephews that she is completely obsessed with. Lindsey loves yoga, pet sitting, reading, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, especially on the subject of true crime.

Alex Wang

Alex brings more than 12 years' experience in higher education marketing to his role as Marketing Director at the SANS Technology Institute, where he is building awareness of the college's groundbreaking approach to higher education and its outstanding students, alumni, and faculty. 

Prior to joining SANS, Alex was Director of Marketing and Promotions at New York Institute of Technology, where his work was recognized with a Gold Award for best new college advertising campaign from the Collegiate Advertising Awards and Big Apple Awards from the PRSA for brand management and best use of research and measurement. 

Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stony Brook University and a Master of Arts in Media Studies from The New School. A lifelong New Yorker, Alex likes to spend his spare time traveling, reading, kayaking, hiking, and listening to and making music.

Chris Fleener

Chris Fleener is responsible for leading engagement efforts for the SANS Technology Institute, with a focus on elevating the college’s presence across digital and social platforms.

With a background that spans both higher education and technology organizations, Chris has managed global marketing campaigns for brands including Adobe, Amazon, and Parsons School of Design. Prior to joining SANS, he served as the head of engagement marketing for Adobe Creative Cloud.

Chris is based in southern California and outside of work, he loves digital photography, travel, and finding a great cup of coffee.
