Profile
As a Red Team Operator, Moses Frost has worked with hundreds of organizations, helping to protect and secure their information. Always tinkering with technology, Moses’ journey in IT began with a focus on PC systems, where he was instrumental in designing a process for converting Windows 95/98 machines to Windows 2000 and XP. He earned several certifications across many areas during his early career, including those from Microsoft and Novell, and worked his way into Network and Security Engineering.
An avid user and hobbyist of various operating systems, Moses ran an early version of Slackware as his daily working home system. He leveraged that knowledge at work to maintain Firewalls running on Solaris and Nokia equipment. He eventually found his way into Offensive Security which led him to SANS in 2005, where he started as a student in SEC504. His progression from SANS student to work-study participant, and eventually to instructor truly exemplifies his passion and dedication for the field.
Currently, Moses is a Senior Consultant at Neuvik, applying his skills to secure organizations ranging from small startups to large enterprises. He co-authored "Gray Hat Hacking Volume 6" and has contributed to numerous projects for major vendors. While at Cisco Systems, Moses was the lead Lab Architect for the Cisco Cyber Threat Defense Clinic, now known as the Cyber Resilience Workshop.
