Sierra (Stanczyk) Karcher is the Intelligence Practices Lead with PwC Global Threat Intelligence, serving as a strategic analyst and leading efforts to build and mature intelligence programs since 2021.
Sierra previously spent 12 years in the FBI and worked cyber, counterintelligence, and crisis response matters. Sierra is the COO of the FBI Association of Intelligence Analysts and Chair of James Madison University's Women for Madison Executive Advisory Council.
