Cybersecurity Fundamentals Certificate (CSF)

Build a foundation to pursue more technical cybersecurity programs.

Not sure you’re ready for the more technical courses in our Applied Cybersecurity Certificate or bachelor’s degree program? The Cybersecurity Fundamentals Certificate (CSF) program will help you build a foundation for success. Highlights include:

  • GIAC Certification and College Credits: Earn a respected GIAC certification and 6 transferable college credits.
  • Seamless Progression: Gain a foundation to transition into the more technical courses of the Applied Cybersecurity Certificate or bachelor's degree programs — and enter either program with the first course completed.
  • 100% Online Learning: Complete all CSF courses online, on your own schedule.
  • Accessible Entry Requirements: No prior technical experience is required, just a minimum of 12 college credits.
  • Note that our Career Center only works with students in our ACS and bachelor’s degree programs, but you’ll be primed to enter either program after completing the CSF certificate program.
