Refund Policy
Version 1.0
Students who withdraw must submit a refund request in writing to registration@sans.org, postmarked no later than three weeks prior to the start date of their course. The pre-paid tuition fee will be returned, less a $100 processing fee, in the same manner in which it was paid. No refunds will be given after this deadline.
